We are a team of screen printers that needed transfer paper, and none of the other brands were cutting it. So, we made our own! SPSPco's paper has a grid for easy alignment, a tinted print side for pinhole visibility, comes in different sizes and quantities, unlike the other brands that we tried and finally it's hot peel so no time wasted!
Think about it, a larger print area means more images per sheet (less cost per image), less raw materials used AND less time on press since we all know that labor is expensive!
Pair with our two types of adhesive powders formulated for our paper for best results available in our other listings. We offer an Ultra Mix 3000 'mix in' powder and a Super Sprinkle 1000 'sprinkle on' powder.

Super Sprinkle 1000 Application
Screen print the image so that it is mirrored, this makes the image face the correct way when heat applying.
After printing, apply the sprinkle adhesive in one of the following ways:
Sprinkle adhesive on wet ink using a shaker or strainer.
Fill a plastic container with the powder and pass the wet printed transfer (print side up) through the powder. The adhesive will adhere to the wet ink. Lightly shake the paper to allow for access crystals to fall back into the container.
When applying the sprinkle adhesive, remove the excess from the unprinted areas of the transfer sheet before running through the dryer. Do so by shaking or flicking the transfer paper from the non-printed side of the transfer paper. Send the transfer paper with the adhesive applied to the wet ink through the dryer.
Note: If powder is sticking to the transfer paper in unwanted areas and is not removed, the powder will stick to the garment when heat pressing, and you will be left with residue.
